AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Payment Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” or “Student”) and Sacred Breath Academy (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the sacredbreathacademy.life website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). 

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Payment Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Payment Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental Payment Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. 

We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Payment Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS + REFUNDS

All payments and deposits are non-refundable once submitted. Breathwork is big, life-changing, and paradigm-shifting work. Only sign up if you are 100% committed to the work and your soul's growth.


PAYMENT PLANS

Student agrees to pay in full and on time via the Payment Plan or Payment-in-Full. Payments are 100% non-refundable with no exceptions. In the event of a true and documentable emergency in which a student can no longer take the course in the time originally enrolled, Student may receive a credit for the monetary value they have invested, less a $150 USD administrative fee. This credit is available for use towards any Sacred Breath Academy product or offering for up to 2 years. 

The Student agrees and understands that the Payment Plan offered is non-negotiable and reflects any and all savings, special offers, or discounts attached to your enrollment. No further savings, discounts, or special offers will be applied after enrollment. All payment plans include administrative fees. 

If a payment installment fails, or if the Student is late to pay an installment, and the payment has not been successfully processed within 5 days, SBA will freeze access to Student’s course until payment has successfully processed. If Student does not pay an installment and fails to communicate with us to discuss a resolution, Student’s access to the course materials will be revoked. 

Student understands that we reserve the right to apply late fees at our discretion.

All Payment Plans include a small additional interest fee calculated based on the number of installments in the plan.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

All payments are non-refundable once submitted. We require a 3-Month Minimum subscription commitment and 30-Day Notice to cancel. Any unused Breathwork Journeys will roll over.


CANCELLED TRAININGS, RETREATS + INTENSIVES

In the event that a Training, Retreat or Intensive is cancelled by Sacred Breath Academy due to unforeseen circumstances or “Acts of God” out of their control, Student may receive a credit for the monetary value they have invested in the Intensive Tuition payment or Intensive Deposit. This credit is available for use towards any Sacred Breath Academy product or offering for up to 2 years. After this time, the student is subject to new fees and pricing, alongside any relevant transfer fees.


COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a flexible policy will be in place for In-Person Intensives. If Student is unable to attend a previously booked In-Person Intensive due to COVID regulations, Student may receive a credit for the monetary value they have invested in the Intensive Tuition payment. This credit is available for use towards any Sacred Breath Academy product or offering for up to 2 years. Any food and lodging fees submitted are subject to the policy of the retreat center or resort. 

Student understands and agrees that Sacred Breath Academy is not responsible for any laws, rules, or decisions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that affect one’s ability to attend an In-Person Intensive.


PAYMENT TRANSFERS + CREDITS

All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless in the event of an unforeseen emergency that prevents the student from being able to take the course or attend the In-Person Intensive. 

In the case of such emergency, Student must contact us by writing at hello@sba-global.com. Student may receive a credit for the monetary value they have invested in the course. This credit is available for use towards any Sacred Breath Academy product or offering for up to 2 years. 

In the event of a true emergency that prevents Student from taking any training or course with Sacred Breath Academy, the credit may be transferred to another Student up to 30 days before the Student’s start date, dependent on availability. Sacred Breath Academy will not be responsible for contacting a replacement on Student’s behalf.


Session Changes + cancellations

A session credit will be issued for all sessions cancelled or changed at least 4 hours before your event. Please use the Cancel/Change Appointment button on your confirmation or reminder email to reschedule. No session credits will be issued for cancellations or changes made within this timeframe.


Administrative Fee

A $150 USD administrative fee will apply to any customized payment plans, payment or deposit transfers to another student and/or any refund exceptions approved by Sacred Breath Academy.
